Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is a musical reimagining of the Biblical story of Joseph, his father Jacob, eleven brothers and the coat of many colors. The story follows Joseph, who is blessed with vivid dreams that foretell the future.
Four young lovers, mischievous fairies, a Duke and his fiancé, and a group of factory workers putting on a play…what could possibly go wrong ;) “Lord, what fools these mortals be.”
With original music, seasoned actors and first-timers on stage, this show brings us “full circle” to 2017 when we began summer Shakespeare in Chautauqua County. Midsummer was our first production and, in 2025, it will be our tenth. Join us, and revel in the joy of Shakespeare!
